The quickest way: delete in the app
Open Lovefern, go to More or Settings, and choose Delete account. This removes your account straight away and does not need this form.

If you have lost access to your device or the app, fill in the form below and I will delete your account. Use the same email address you used for Lovefern so I can find the right account.
Prefer email? You can also write to support@lovefernapp.com with the subject "Account deletion request" and the email address on your account.
What gets deleted
When your request is actioned, I delete the personal data tied to your account, including:
- Your account details (email, display name, profile photo)
- The content you created (moods, love notes, doodles, affection, dates, milestones, preferences)
- Your pairing link and invite codes
- Your notification tokens
Deleting your account also ends your pairing with your partner. Some information may remain in secure backups for a limited period before it is overwritten, and I may keep the minimum required to meet legal or financial obligations (for example, a record that a purchase occurred). Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so if you have an active subscription, cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings as well.
How long it takes
Requests are actioned within 30 days, and usually much sooner. I will confirm by email when it is done.
